Hi lovely ones! Nothing can beat the sexy sophistication of a classic white shirt. Pairing it with a full skirt and with the right accessories, will always make up for an elegant, feminine look. I love the boldness of this belt along with the dashes of red across this outfit. As a final touch, I parted my hair in half and tied it into a sleek, low ponytail.
I hope you like it!
Hi everyone! I trust your week is going well!
I have been told many, many times how hard it is to give me a gift. A gift that I will like and cherish. Well, my godmother sure hit the sweet spot when she bought this dress for me! The only reason why I haven’t worn it that much is because it is actually a bit big on me, and I just haven’t come around to tailoring it. However, I like it so much that I have used it a couple of times already. It struck me that wearing a t-shirt or body underneath would be a great solution to my current fitting problem. Add a waist belt to the mix, and you’ve got yourself a pretty cool ensemble. I encourage you all to get a tad creative when fixing these sorts of inconveniences. You never know what good look you can end up with!
Have a lovely weekend!
Ever wonder what accessories can do to your outfit? Belting this palm print scarf on top of a green basic shift dress, gave my look a radical change; what could’ve been a boring ensemble, instantly became a fetching outfit. To create an even more appealing look, I spattered a few more drops of colour by wearing a pair of burgundy stilettos and a gray top handle bag.
PS: These are the last pictures I took at Lobby!
Picture yourself making a great entrance into the lobby of a 1930’s hotel, welcomed by a solicitous butler, who instantly snatches your leather luggage off you. The moment you walk up to concierge, images come and go in your head that reminisce the luxurious design of The Grand Budapest Hotel, with its impeccable furniture, luscious details, and harmonious aesthetic. Every wall -even those in the restrooms-, light fixture, and sound at Lobby -one of the new must-go-to restaurants in the heart of San Salvador- has been carefully selected to create the atmosphere of a bygone setting.
Dress code: Smart; because this, high heel friendly bar and restaurant, is the perfect excuse to dress up, and flaunt your latest uber stylish purchases. The over all ambiance is one that will make you want to stay and lounge.
And the desire to stick around pays off when their delicious entrees, main courses, and desserts come steaming out of the kitchen, with their wafting aromas. However, should food be not what your body is asking for, but something a little bit stronger instead, the bar will be a perfect fit for you. A personal favourite: their fruit flavoured gin & tonics, you just can’t go wrong. Oh!… And just as a final recommendation, definitely book a reservation, the place gets packed… EVERY NIGHT.
PS: Be sure to stay tuned as I will be sharing with you more outfits shot at Lobby, so you can take in a bit more of the place!
I have been hunting for my Christmas and New Year’s outfits since the last weeks of November, but this year the task has proven to be harder than the one before. I have looked online, I have looked on my trip to Spain and to the UK, I have looked on local shops and everywhere I could think of. It was hard, particularly because I did not want to fall on my usual head-to-toe black ensemble. I finally did come across a perfect gold, shimmering, super sexy dress; however, along the way I bumped into perfectly nice and flattering black options that, of course, I thought of sharing with you. So excuse me if you may, but I will now bombard you with a few black outfit ideas for your multiple Holiday gatherings. Let the looks roll!
PS: If you are dying to see what my Christmas gold number is, follow me on Instagram as @AndreaNBonilla and stay tuned 😀
Shopping this season surely feels like going rug or furniture hunting at a flea market. Fashion designers seem to have turned to the world of home interiors for inspiration. Dresses, skirts, tops, coats, and pretty much everything in between, have been upholstered with fabrics and prints more likely to be found on your grandma’s living room couch. The trend fills the racks with rich, plush, and intense materials, giving us all a retro vibe, that could easily transport us to a more conservative era.
