A while back, I read a book about style and how to simplify the task of dressing every morning. Reading it gave me many useful insights, one of which I want to share with you all: Find what looks good on you and create a pattern out of it.
I'm very reluctant when it comes to subjecting one's style to restrictive molds, but I actually realized that there are certain silhouettes and colors that I instinctively gravitate to. More than clinging to a boring uniform, it is about discovering what suits you best, and turn that into your staple. In my case, I find that high waist, straight leg trousers elongate my figure and accentuate my waist. I have a...
Choker tops have permeated my IG feed for a while, but until now, the closest I had come in contact with them was through the tips of my fidgety fingers on the screen. As much as I love trying new trends, I hadn't attempted to make the style my own. So it was by time that I did. Here is a personal summary of my experience:

I try to educate my eye to discover beauty wherever I go. It is not always an easy task, as we are so prone to criticize, and judge; but it is always a healthy one. This has made me look at my surroundings in a totally different way. When I take in the places, the people, and the things that encircle me, I try to consider much more than what meets the eye, because, many times, one’s first impressions may not be as accurate as we might think.

Flare legs are in. And as a heels lover (you know, I always appreciate the few extra inches), I can’t be happier: Bell Bottoms (BB) are the perfect match to sky-scraping platforms. On top of that, flare jeans give you an instant style upgrade. Summing up, BBs not only look cool on, but they make you seem slimmer and taller,… what’s not to love?
